How to delete your data

You have full control over your Flura account and data. Deletion can be done directly from the app in seconds and is permanent.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, Flura permanently removes:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All symptom logs, health entries, and tracking data
  • AI-generated insights and doctor reports
  • Appointment notes and medication records
  • Notification preferences and app settings
  • Any data shared with third-party analytics services (where technically possible)

Deletion is processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on the same schedule. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Flura:

Open Flura and go to your Profile

Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Settings

Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of your profile screen.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation prompt and confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

No longer have access to the app?

If you cannot access your account, email us and we will delete your data manually. Include the email address associated with your Flura account.

Facebook login users

If you signed in to Flura using Facebook, deleting your Flura account also removes all data we received through that connection — including your name, email, and profile information provided by Facebook. Flura does not retain any Facebook data after account deletion. To additionally remove Flura's access from your Facebook account, go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Flura from the list.
